For large sedimentation tanks ranging from 400m² to 800m², a double scraper cart configuration (with 1.1KW motor) can be deployed to meet high-efficiency scraping demands.
If the underwater scraper cart gets jammed by a large obstacle, will the motor or chain burn out or break?
No. The transmission system features an "overload shear annular sprocket group" that activates immediately when encountering physical resistance exceeding equipment capacity. Combined with electronic control signal protection, this ensures absolute safety of the core motor and chain.
If the annular chain loosens after prolonged use, is the tensioning operation complicated?
The tensioning operation is extremely simple. The annular chain transmission inherently doesn't require massive tensioning force. If adjustments are necessary, operators only need to use the base plate of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer and the 4 adjusting studs to quickly complete chain tensioning, making maintenance incredibly convenient.
