If our project is located in a severely cold northern region, will the buried equipment freeze and break during winter?
It will not freeze. For applications in cold regions, the installation can be adapted by extending the height of the inspection manholes, allowing the main body of the equipment to be buried deep below the local permafrost line. Relying on the natural thermal insulation of the deep soil, the equipment maintains optimal water temperatures and operates stably throughout the harsh winter.
Will the constant running of the equipment's blowers create loud noises that disturb nearby residents?
The noise level is exceptionally low. Both the blowers and the control cabinet are housed inside a dedicated blower room constructed with a double-layer fiberglass and shock-absorbing sandwich structure. Paired with high-quality blowers or submersible/jet aerators, operational noise is strictly suppressed below 55 decibels, guaranteeing zero noise pollution to the surrounding environment.
Can this equipment directly process wastewater containing heavy cooking oils or colorful dyes?
Yes, but it requires minor pretreatment assistance. Due to the specific nature of such wastewater, the manufacturer recommends: if the sewage produces excessive bubbles, an anti-foaming agent should be periodically added to the primary settling tank. For wastewater containing heavy pigments/dyes, adding adsorbents like activated carbon into the disinfection tank (before the final outlet) is recommended to ensure the effluent is clear and compliant.
