The SBJ Deep-Water Aeration and Mixing Dual-Purpose Machine integrates advanced electromechanical and biochemical technologies to deliver high-efficiency oxygenation for high-concentration organic wastewater during biochemical treatment. Featuring an innovative dual-speed motor design, this equipment provides both "high-speed aeration" and "low-speed mixing" functionalities with operational capability to reach submersible depths of up to 20 meters.
Biochemical Treatment of High-Concentration Organic Wastewater: Specifically designed for rigorous demands of high-concentration organic wastewater, primarily applied in nitrification/denitrification tanks, SBR reaction tanks, sludge tanks, and oxidation ponds.
Deep-Water Oxygenation & Mixing: Exceptionally suited for demanding wastewater treatment facilities requiring deep-water aeration, vigorous mixing, and extremely high oxygen transfer rates.

How does this equipment achieve both aeration and mixing without clogging?
The SBJ product utilizes an advanced dual-speed motor combined with an open impeller structure. After completing high-speed aeration tasks, it automatically switches to low-speed mode to act purely as a mixing device. The open impeller completely eliminates clogging risk while maintaining powerful flow velocity of 3-5m/s along the circumferential outlet. This creates massive underwater circulation that effectively prevents suspended solids from settling.
Is the installation complicated? Does the tank need to be drained?
Installation is straightforward with self-weight positioning and integrated lifting design that requires no auxiliary accessories. Rapid lifting and deployment can be achieved without draining water and without interrupting ongoing treatment processes, significantly reducing civil construction investments and maintenance costs.
