How durable is the equipment, and how efficient is its power transmission?
All wetted parts are constructed from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring prolonged service life in harsh water conditions. The impeller is directly driven by the electric motor, eliminating gearbox power losses and drastically improving both mechanical efficiency and operational stability.
Does the installation require draining the sewage tank? Will there be massive splashing during operation?
Draining is absolutely not required. The equipment is lightweight, durable, and exceptionally easy to install. Utilizing a floating structure, it can be deployed directly into the water without draining the tank. There is no splashing during operation; all vigorous mixing and oxygen transfer processes occur entirely below the water surface, preventing secondary pollution and aerosol spread.
