The TBQJ Series Plug-Flow Mixing Aerator is widely applied in industrial wastewater treatment across various sectors, including printing and dyeing, chemical, petroleum, tanning, pharmaceutical, food processing, papermaking, and textile, as well as in municipal sewage treatment.
Working Principle
A motor-driven propeller and blower collaborate to create an underwater vacuum, drawing air downward. The high-speed impeller generates powerful axial thrust and radial mixing forces, shearing the inducted air into micro-bubbles via an atomizer. This efficiently combines plug-flow propulsion, intensive mixing, and high-efficiency aeration in a single process.
