Working Principle

It operates by rotating the impeller to lift oxygen-deficient sludge along the conical surface, discharging it to create a hydraulic jump for rapid oxygenation. Simultaneously, it drives the mixture into a spiral circulation at a velocity of >0.3m/s, ensuring continuous liquid renewal and keeping activated sludge in full suspension.
