Product Overview
Developed from proven submersible mixer technology, the QJB-W Series is explicitly designed for mixed liquor recirculation and denitrification in secondary WWTPs.
It is also highly applicable for surface drainage, irrigation, and any wastewater or sludge pumping loops requiring low head and high flow.

Junction Box: Fully enclosed, completely isolated from the surrounding liquid and stator housing
Motor: 50Hz, 3-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor. Class F insulation, IP68 protection, cooled by the surrounding fluid
Shaft: Stainless steel motor shaft with dynamically balanced rotor
Sealing: O-rings for static sealing; robust mechanical seals isolate the oil chamber from the fluid
Bearings: Premium imported bearings with a design lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours
Oil Chamber: Lubricates and cools mechanical seal faces while acting as a secondary barrier against liquid penetration
Impeller: 3-blade swept-back design. Smooth and optimized for high-efficiency, clog-free, and self-cleaning operation
Inlet Cone: Optimizes hydraulic flow patterns at the intake
Discharge Connection: Securely fastens the inlet cone to the discharge pipe
