V2/4 Series High Precision vertical CNC Lathe
CNC vertical lathe is a machine tool for machining workpieces, which is characterized by a spindle perpendicular to the work surface. CNC vertical lathe is usually composed of machine tool body, workbench, spindle, tool holder, CNC system and so on. The machine body is usually composed of a bed, column and beam, providing stable support and rigidity. The workbench is a platform for holding workpieces and can be lifted and rotated as needed. The spindle is the shaft used to install the tool, and the speed and feed speed can be controlled by the CNC system. The tool holder is a part used to fix the tool, which can realize the feed and rewind of the tool. Numerical control system is the core part of controlling the whole lathe operation, which can control the moving track and machining parameters of the tool through the program. CNC vertical lathe has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency and strong flexibility. V2 Series CNC vertical lathe
The productfeatures compact and robust high rigidity structure and applies to machining of automotive components such as small-sizebrake disc and flywheel as well as electric motor and water pump housing. The product can be used for soft/hard turning of small sizebearing and is able to realize replacement of grinding by turning.

V4 Series CNC vertical lathe
The product features perfect combination of high machining performance and low floor area occupation, and applies to machining ofautomotive components such as wheel hub, brake disc and flywheel, etc.The product can also be used for soft/hard turning of bearingand is able to realize replacement of grinding by turning. The product is able to realize turning of brake disc after installation of auiliaryshaft, substantially enhancing efficiency and machining accuracy
