The bed structure of machine uses high strength Meehanite cast iron forming and it has 45° slant bed structure with heat balance design.thus the machine has the following characters:high performance, high stability and easy to operate flexibly.lt could realize turning processing of internal and externalcircular surface,conical surface,are surface,endface(inch system threads,metric threads,taper thread and thread),drilling, reaming,boring a hole and so on.The machine is suitable for mass processing work piece in workshop.
The machine bed uses high precision optical laserinstrument to make pitch compensation to ensure the same positioning accurate of work piece.
Distribution line in the electrical box is in accord with CE safety standard.Electrical components use world-renowned brand.During control system operating, the design of the reasonable thermal balance and electrical interference are not affected by the outside interference.
The spindle uses Taiwan imported.NSK p4 grade angular ball bearing is installed inside the spindle.The assembly of the front 3 and the back 2 ensuresrigidity and working accuracy for axial and radial direction.The contacting surface for spindle and cabinet is scraped.Thus,during the high speed running of spindle,it could keep the spindle quiet,minimum vibration and good heat dissipation.
X,Z-axis puts to use linear guide way with highrgidity(Hiwin and PMI imported from Taiwan).Through calculation and analysis,track and track spacing use the best design,low resistance and high rigidity. x.Z-axis usehigh precision C3 grinding ball screw.Both sides of the fixed enduse 60° oblique angle ball bearing assistant support of the combinedtype of NSK or FAG.The two shaftends use the pretension design to ensure working accuracy. The rapid movement is 30m/min.Thus it couldincrease the work efficiency and decrease processingtime.
The turret rotation is driven by a servo motor.Can rotation in two sides and choose tool in theshortest distance,fast tool change High torque otuput, low noise, more load.
Depending on the processing materials,you can choose the chain chip conveyor.Simple maintenance is for the machine body.Thus.the operator could remove the chip effciently and keep the machine body clean easily.
