Product Description:

SMTCL Floor Type E-Force Large Spindle Power Large Torque CNC Floor Milling And Boring Machine
High efficiency with large spindle power and large torque, it is suitable for machining of medium and large parts, and it is used in wind power, energy, reducer, general machinery and other industries.
Structural features:Single column side hanging box layout, in which, the column moves horizontally along the body guide rail (X-axis coordinate) , the headstock moves vertically along the column guide rail (Y-axis coordinate) , the ram moves horizontally in the headstock (Z-axis coordinate) , and the spindle moves in the ram (W-axis coordinate).
Basic parts:cast with high-strength cast iron material and resin sand process, ram is made of high-strength ductile cast iron.
Spindle group:High speed and large torque, with independent homemade gearbox, divided into high, medium and low three speed change.
Guide rail:X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with closed constant flow static guide rail, with good vibration resistance and accuracy retention, and Z-axis is equipped with rolling element plus
steel strip combined guide rail, while static guide rail is optional.

Product Features:

High-quality basic castings

The body, sliding seat, column, headstock and other castings of the machine tool are made of resin sand molding high strength gray cast iron. The ram and the
main gearbox are made of high-strength ductile cast iron, which has good shock absorption and stiffness

Strict process control and quality inspection

Strict and comprehensive quality process control, 138 process inspection control items, total acceptance test, and 179 inspection items conduct high-standard
inspection on accuracy of the product to ensure that the product accuracy is stable and reliable.

High-accuracy and high-rigidity ram

The ram is made of high-strength ductile cast iron, and is jointly compensated by double hydraulic cylinder, proportional valve and CNC control system.

Full closed-loop control

Each axis is measured by imported grating ruler to achieve full closed loop control, improving the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
