1-to-2 Gantry Robot CNC Lathe Automatic Production Line High Efficiency

Our 1-to-2 gantry robot CNC lathe automatic production line is an unmanned machining solution designed for mass processing of shaft, sleeve and metal precision parts.

Equipped with a heavy-duty gantry manipulator and pneumatic end gripper, this auto production line realizes automatic feeding, flipping, transferring and unloading for two CNC lathes at the same time, greatly cutting labor costs and boosting production efficiency.

The gantry arm runs along linear guide rails with stable operation, high repetitive positioning accuracy and adjustable running speed. Matching with conveyor feeding bin, double-sided flip station, tailstock, 4/5-axis rotary table and double helix chip conveyor, the whole production line completes full-process automated machining without manual intervention.

All core parameters including stroke, load and reduction ratio are customizable to fit different workpieces. The anti-scratch conveyor belt avoids surface damage of finished parts, and the whole set works stably for long-time non-stop production.

U-turn device:

For double-sided workpiece machining.

It is installed at a suitable position on the automated production line. After the first sequence is processed, the workpiece is placed in the U-turn device for U-turn, and the truss air claw re-clamps the workpiece, and the workpiece is transported to the second sequence machine tool for processing.

Gripper end effector:

1,Pneumatic gripper end effector clamps workpieces securely.
2,Gantry arm travels along linear rails to move gripper cylinders and clamping jaws.

3,Adjustable serrated jaws suit various models of similar parts.

Bulk material screening elevator:

1. The operator puts/pours the workpiece into the elevator.

2. The elevator screens the workpieces through the levels, and guides and positions the workpieces during the screening process so that they can arrive at the material collection point in an orderly manner.

3. The elevator solves the problem of workers loading materials individually, and can load a large amount of materials at one time and sort and screen them by the elevator.

4. The layout and positioning are accurate, the screening is fast, and the workers are easy to operate.

5. The robot is easy to teach, which simplifies the teaching time, and employees can get started faster and have a lower learning threshold.

6. The workstation has a simple structure, reliable use, and is not prone to errors and jams.
