TCK800DY (BMT65 Y-axis) CNC Turning Center with 45° Slant Bed

The TCK800DY series is a heavy-duty, high-rigidity CNC turning center built on a 45° slant-bed integral casting. Made from high-strength cast iron with resin sand molding and full secondary and natural aging, the machine bed delivers outstanding structural rigidity and stable long-term accuracy. Equipped with a BMT65 12-station power turret, a programmable hydraulic tailstock and a ±75 mm Y-axis, it performs turning, milling, drilling and tapping in a single setup.

Key Technologies

• Both the X and Z axes use high-precision, high-load-capacity and high-reliability linear rolling guides. The Z axis adopts a 6-slider design that greatly increases rigidity.
• Combined with automatic forced lubrication, feed-motion friction is reduced, improving machine accuracy and service life, and enabling higher feed speed and positioning accuracy.
• The tailstock is programmable-controlled. The sleeve uses an internal rotating structure, and a fixed pin greatly improves cutting stability and accuracy. The tailstock body is hydraulically auto-locked, the sleeve is pushed by a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic motor is driven by a gear and rack. Overall movement is standard hydraulic automatic, with optional servo-motor drive.

Structural Highlights

Spindle

• The spindle adopts a combination of a large-diameter precision angular-contact thrust ball bearing and a double-row cylindrical roller bearing.
• It is driven by a high-power, high-torque servo motor offering excellent rigidity and high torque at low speed.

Ball Screws

• The X and Z axis ball screws use a pre-tensioned internal-circulation nut structure.
• The ball-screw support bearing is a special bearing with a 60° contact angle that withstands high axial load and guarantees the rigidity and accuracy of the feed drive.

Electrical Cabinet

• The electrical cabinet has good sealing performance and is fitted with an air conditioner, ensuring the CNC system works normally in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

Chip Conveyor

• A side-mounted chain-type chip conveyor is used. Its operation is programmable and controllable, and it is pushed in from the front of the machine for easy adjustment.
• It can be equipped with an oil-water separation mechanism that separates lubricating oil from cutting fluid, reduces oil mist, enhances coolant cooling on the tool and extends tool life.
• A water gun is provided to remove metal chips, and the conveyor is positioned to avoid any interference with the machine bed.

Hydraulic System & Protection

• The hydraulic system uses Taiwanese hydraulic components. The oil tank is fixed at the rear of the bed, and each valve group and pressure gauge is installed on the left and right front covers for easy observation and adjustment of every working circuit.
• Edge process design with reliable protection ensures no splashing or leakage of chips or coolant outside the machine during heavy cutting and high-pressure coolant spraying.
• The hydraulic chuck is clamped and released by foot pedal, which is convenient and quick.
