7-15 Working Days Quick Delivery:
For most products, our delivery time is 7-10 working days as we usually prepare metal shell in stock and waiting for orders. For customized project, need 10-15 workings.
Strict Quality Control System:
a. Material QC Up to now, we have almost 17 years production experience in LCD digital signage industry, we have mature and perfect material supply system, before cooperation, we go to suppliers' factory to investigate, and only cooperate with the one who has QC system also, we do 100% material QC before putting them onto the production line.
b. Workshop Have 2000sqm dust free workshop, need to make use the working environment is clean and safe, there is a room designed to assemble panel only.
c. Aging test All finished products need go through 72 hours aging test before packing to make sure they are in good quality before sending out.
Timely after sale service:
All products have one-year warranty, we have after sale service department which has engineer only responsbile for questions and problems, most of the time, engineer provide on-line training to teach customer how to use remote control software, help them to install software on cloud server or local area network computer. For problems, help customer to find the reason and solve. |
