5. Q: Can this side-emitting strip be cut?
    A: Yes. The strip can be safely cut every 50mm along the marked cutting line; each segment works independently after cutting. We can provide matching connectors for reconnection.

6. Q: What’s the difference between the black PCB and the white PCB version?
    A: White PCB reflects more light for brighter output, perfect for bright decorative scenes; black PCB reduces light reflection to create deeper, richer color effects, widely used for dark background atmosphere lighting.

7. Q: Warranty?
    A: All products we sell are of good quality and have been tested before they are shipped out. We offer a 2-year Warranty.

8. Q: What if I have never bought any product from China?
