  1. Mixing

    • English: Active materials (cathode: LiCoO₂/LiFePO₄; anode: graphite), conductive agents, and binders (e.g., PVDF) are mixed with solvent (NMP or water) to form homogeneous slurry.
  2. Coating

    • English: Slurry is uniformly coated onto metal current collectors (Al foil for cathode, Cu foil for anode) via coating machine, with controlled thickness and areal density.

  3. Drying
    • Wet coating is dried in ovens to evaporate solvent, forming porous electrode structure.
  4. Calendering

    • Dried electrodes are compressed by calendering rolls to enhance energy density and mechanical strength.
  5. Slitting

    • Wide electrodes are slit into narrow strips matching cell dimensions.
  6. Tab Welding
