Combining ultrasonic washing, hot-air tunnel sterilization, precise liquid dosing, and advanced oxyhydrogen sealing, this unified system achieves a massive output of up to 34,000 ampoules per hour. It represents the definitive solution for high-volume facilities demanding zero micro-leaks, exceptional clarity, and absolute batch integrity.
When ampoule production scales past 20,000 BPH, traditional manufacturing lines expose critical weaknesses. The most severe issue is micro-leaking caused by unstable sealing flames. Legacy natural gas torches often fluctuate, leaving microscopic pinholes or causing the glass tip to crack as it cools. This ruins expensive Healthcare solutions and leads to devastating batch recalls.
Furthermore, moving fragile glass ampoules through separate washing, sterilizing, and filling machines creates mechanical stress. Aggressive star-wheels and misaligned transfers cause glass-to-glass friction, driving breakage rates to unacceptable levels and contaminating the sterile processing environment.
The Lingyao engineering team resolved the micro-leak crisis by integrating an Advanced Oxyhydrogen Sealing System. To eliminate glass breakage, the entire line—from the ultrasonic washing station through the 350°C depyrogenation tunnel to the filling core—is electronically synchronized. Operating under an Advanced Intelligent Electronic Control Technology framework, the smooth, servo-driven transport mechanism drastically reduces mechanical impact, achieving an industry-leading breakage rate of ≤ 0.1%.

Empty ampoules are loaded and subjected to intense ultrasonic cavitation and alternating water/air flushes, ensuring >99.9% clarity. They automatically advance through the laminar-flow hot air circulation oven, where they are thoroughly depyrogenated and cooled under ISO Class 5 conditions.
