Warnings & Precautions

Charging

• Use Approved Medical-Grade Chargers: Always use the manufacturer-specified charger designed for medical devices and this battery pack. Using an incompatible charger is extremely dangerous .

• Avoid Overcharging: Do not exceed the maximum charge voltage (8.4V or as specified). While the PCM offers protection, it is a safety backup .

• Temperature Monitoring: Charge only within the specified 0°C to +45°C range. Charging outside this range is dangerous .

Discharging

• Avoid Deep Discharge: Prevent deep discharge below the cut-off voltage. The PCM will disconnect, but consistent deep discharge harms longevity .
• Current Limits: Do not exceed the maximum continuous discharge current (e.g., 4A). Excessive current causes overheating .
• Temperature Management: Operate within the -10°C to +55°C discharge range for medical use. Extreme temperatures affect performance and safety .

Storage

• Partial Charge Storage: For long-term storage, maintain a 30%-50% State of Charge (SOC) .

• Cool and Dry Environment: Store in a cool, dry place within the recommended temperature range (-20°C to +45°C, time-limited) .
