Roots blower is one of our strengths. Roots blower is a volumetric blower, impeller end face, blower front and rear end caps. The principle is to use two leaf-shaped rotor in the cylinder for relative motion to compress and transport gas rotary compressor. This blower structure is simple, easy to manufacture, widely used in aquaculture oxygenation, sewage treatment aeration, cement conveying, more suitable for low-pressure occasions of gas conveying and pressurization system, can also be used as a vacuum pump.
Through technological innovation, we can also produce magnetic levitation blower and air levitation blower, in the two blowers, magnetic levitation blower is a kind of mechanical equipment for conveying gases, which adopts core technologies such as magnetic levitation bearings, ternary flow impeller, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, high-efficiency frequency converter speed regulation, intelligent monitoring and control, etc. It is levitated first and then rotated at startup, frictionless and without lubrication, and the ternary flow impeller is directly connected with the rotor, with zero transmission loss. It is a kind of high-tech green energy-saving and environmental protection product.
