VRV Hot Mine vibrating screen
Linear vibrating screen relies on vibration motor to generate source power. It throws the material on the screen and moves forward in a straight line. The material evenly falls from the feeder to the entrance of the screen, and then generates different sieving specifications through multi-layer screen, upward sieving, downward sieving, and finally sieving out from the outlet of different specifications.
Linear vibration screens are mostly suitable for screening all dry materials which are above 0.74mm, below 10mm and with moisture content not exceeding 7%. Therefore, linear vibration screen is mainly used for screening dry powder and fine powder in chemical industry, plastics industry, medicine industry, resin powder industry, ceramic industry, metallurgical industry, building materials industry, grain industry and fertilizer industry.
------It is suitable for the sintering process in the metallurgical industry, between the sintering machine and the cooling machine, to classify and distribute the crushed materials with a particle size not greater than 150mm and a temperature not exceeding 700°C
