Installation Preparation
Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring area
Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any component is damaged, please contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
Cartridge seals are pre-cleaned and leak-tested. Do not disassemble before installation to avoid damage.
Ensure shaft fitting allowance is dl h6 0.8. Lubricate shaft with oil before installation.
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber and proceed with the following steps:
Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" is at top position
Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
Remove four gauge plates (retain for future use)
Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" for friction heat removal and seal chamber flushing
Final Check: After installation, manually rotate the shaft to verify smooth rotation. If rotation is not smooth, the seal may have been improperly installed.
