Product Overview
High-performance GLF-SA mechanical seal designed specifically for Grundfos Sarlin sewage pumps. Available in sizes 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 50mm, and 65mm. This single-end seal replaces Vulcan 42 and original GR-SA seals.

Application Scope
Ideal for sewage pumps, immersible pumps, paper pulp pumps, and other rotary devices across industries including city construction, mining, power plants, and sewage treatment facilities. Compatible with Gorman-Rupp and Grundfos pump systems.
Installation Requirements
Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on shaft over O-ring area
Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging O-rings. If any damage occurs, contact us immediately for replacement parts.
Installation Instructions
Seal is pre-cleaned and leak-tested - do not disassemble before installation
Ensure proper shaft lubrication and fitting allowances (dl h6 0.8)
Position cartridge seal in pump chamber and tighten flange bolts
Secure shaft sleeve with set screws and remove gauge plates
Connect medium lead-in pipe to hole "G" for proper flushing
Test rotation manually - smooth operation confirms proper installation
