Brief introduction:
Changzhou Hongfei Metalwork Corporation is a professional manufacturer of steel tool box, tool cabinet, tool chest, tool trolley, tool cart, workbench and precision sheet metal products in China.
Our factory, Changzhou Hongfei City Metalwork Corporation, establish in 1996. Our factory locates in the western suburb of Changzhou city. It covers the areas of 25,000 square meters, and construction area reaches 12,000 square meters. There are about 150 employees working here. The exited equipment: two powder coating lines, two product assembling lines, twenty cutting and side bending machines, over twenty welding facilities, and three large capability punching machines. Our company has already certified by ISO9001-2000 quality certification system and we have BSCI.
Products advantages:
Our factory specializes in manufacturing metalwork products (tool box, tool cabinet, tool trolley, tool cart), hex key and full set of tools, while own good looking design in new style, varieties of types, and excellent quality. We use our powerful technical support, full ranges of inspection and scientific management to make our products export to most countries in Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
Development history:
From 1996 to 2003, we mainly produced tools;
From 2004 to 2009, we began to produce small metal tool boxes and it became more and more excellent;
From the end of 2009 to now, we designed our own tool trolley and got it into producing, it turned out to be very hot selling in the following years;
In the year of 2014, we began to build a brand new office building, it makes our factory looks more modern and beautiful;
In the year of 2015, we purchased and updated some main equipment, it makes our producing more effective; Meanwhile, we designed more and more new products.
In the year of 2016, we got certificate of BSCI successfully.

Laser Cutting——Use a punch to cut all kinds of plates. These plates are used to make tool cabinets and tool boxes of various sizes.
CNC——After precise calculation, the plates can be cut into ideal shapes. CNC bending machines and powder coating lines from Switzerland.
Puching——Different machines cut out panels of different sizes and apply them to different toolboxes and tool cabinets.
Bending——Bending the plate to make the plate have different shapes, including the panel and drawer of the tool box and tool cabinet. The bending angle is very smooth and even.
Spot Welding——Weld the plates together, which is very strong.
Washing & Power Coating——Pickling the surface of the plate, the powder spraying achieves a better effect, and the color is better displayed.
Packing Line——From assembly to packaging, there is a complete packing process.
Warehouse——Packed tool cabinets or tool boxes are neatly stacked in the warehouse, waiting for transportation.
Shipping——The stored products are stacked in containers and transported to designated ports.
