1. PURPOSE BUILT FOR CRUDE OIL MOISTURE TESTING DL5A is designed for crude oil moisture determination in petroleum laboratories and research facilities. Developed around GB T6533 2012 requirements it supports routine oil water separation workflows with stable centrifugation and dedicated 100 ml test tube accessories.
2. 4000 RPM PERFORMANCE WITH 4 X 100 ML CAPACITY With a maximum speed of 4000 rpm and maximum RCF of 3971 x g the DL5A supports efficient batch separation. The four place swing rotor holds up to 4 x 100 ml samples allowing multiple specimens to be processed in one run with convenient loading and unloading.
3. CONTROLLED HEATING FOR CONSISTENT TEST CONDITIONS The chamber operates from room temperature plus 10 C to 80 C with temperature accuracy of plus or minus 1 C. Dedicated heating design helps provide fast warm up and uniform chamber temperature for repeatable petroleum moisture testing conditions.
4. SMART TOUCH CONTROL AND FLEXIBLE PROGRAMMING Microcomputer touch control displays speed RCF temperature time rotor number and capacity on one interface. It supports 10 acceleration and deceleration levels up to 40 custom working modes parameter memory plus instant or continuous centrifugation for routine testing.
5. DURABLE LOW MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY FOCUSED A brushless motor supports smooth maintenance friendly operation while the steel housing and stainless steel chamber are durable and easy to clean. Lid lock overspeed imbalance and temperature protection help support reliable operation with noise at or below 55 dB A
