The Polyurethane Adhesive is a high-performance two-component solvent-free bonding solution specially designed for flexible packaging and film lamination. This advanced adhesive is formulated to provide exceptional bonding strength and stable performance, making it an ideal choice for professional packaging manufacturers seeking reliable and long-lasting lamination effects.
One of the key features of this Polyurethane Adhesive is its appearance. It comes as a light yellowish transparent liquid, which ensures good leveling performance and smooth coating on film surfaces. The adhesive is supplied in two components, referred to as Part A and Part B, each with stable physical properties to guarantee consistent lamination quality. Part A is available in 25 Kg and 220 Kg drums, while Part B is provided in 20 Kg and 210 Kg drums, offering flexible options for small trials and large‑scale industrial production.
At 25℃, Part A has a density of 1.21 g/cm³ and viscosity between 1200–2400 mPa·s. Part B has a density of 1.16 g/cm³ and viscosity ranging from 1600–2800 mPa·s. The standard mixing ratio is 100:65 (A:B), with recommended coating temperature of 45–50℃ for optimal flow and bonding performance.
This PU adhesive provides excellent bonding strength on various packaging films, including PE, CPP, BOPP, PET, PA and high-barrier composite structures. It offers good heat resistance and is suitable for spout pouches, gear heat sealing and other common packaging applications. It also shows good compatibility with standard 2‑in‑1 and 3‑in‑1 solvent-free lamination machines.
For best performance, this adhesive should be stored sealed in a cool, dry environment at 15–30℃. It has a 12‑month shelf life and maintains stable properties under proper storage conditions.
