This two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive is engineered for outstanding bonding performance and long-term durability in film lamination. This adhesive also features excellent heat resistance, enabling reliable performance in spout pouches, gear heat sealing and other heat-resistant applications under proper processing conditions. It maintains stable bonding strength and appearance even in thermal processing scenarios.
The two-component system (Part A and Part B) is designed for stable processing and easy operation. At 25℃, Part A features a viscosity of 1200–2400 mPa·s and density of 1.21 g/cm³; Part B has a viscosity of 1600–2800 mPa·s and density of 1.16 g/cm³. The recommended mixing ratio is 100:65 (A:B), with suggested coating temperature of 45–50℃.
It shows strong compatibility with common lamination substrates including PE, CPP, BOPP, PET and PA films. The adhesive works well with 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 solvent-free laminators, supporting stable mass production.
This product is supplied in standard industrial packages: Part A in 25 kg and 220 kg drums; Part B in 20 kg and 210 kg drums, suitable for small-batch trials and large-scale industrial production.
It should be stored sealed in a cool and dry environment at 15–30℃, with a shelf life of 12 months in original unopened packaging. To ensure optimal performance, preheat the adhesive at 40–45℃ before use and avoid mixing with other adhesive types.
