No. MPO-12/APC (green shell) is not mechanically or optically compatible with MPO-12/UPC (blue shell). Using them together can damage the connector endfaces.
What is the maximum reach?
The cable itself is 10m, but the overall link can support up to 50m when including two patch panels (4 connector junctions).
