W-beam guardrails are made from 3–4mm galvanized steel. Their corrugated shape offers high impact absorption and structural strength, widely used in highways for vehicle collision protection.
3. Production Process
Manual Decoiler → Feeding Guide → Leveling Machine → Hydraulic Punching → Pre-cutting Unit → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter
The process includes decoiling and guiding thick steel coils, flattening via a stand-alone leveler, hydraulic multi-station punching, precise pre-cutting, 28-pass forming by gear-box-driven roll former, and final hydraulic cutting for finished guardrail lengths.
