2. Profile Description
The W guardrail profile is crafted from 3–4mm galvanized or cold-rolled steel. It features a deep wave form for impact absorption, ideal for road safety installations. Known for its rigidity, consistent hole alignment, and durable surface, it's used to reduce collision impact and protect roadside infrastructure.
3. Production Process
7.5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Initial Leveling Section → Guiding → Powered Feed Roller → Secondary Leveling + Hydraulic Punching → Entry Guide Device → Roll Former → Hydraulic Flying Cutter
Steel coil is decoiled and leveled in two phases to ensure flatness. After precision punching, material enters the forming system where 18 gear-driven stations shape the W profile. The hydraulic tracking cutter ensures fast, clean cutting without pausing production, ideal for continuous high-speed output.
