3. Production Process
5T Manual Decoiler → Guide Rollers → Powered Rolls → Leveling Machine → Hydraulic Punching → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter
The process begins with the decoiling of the steel. Then, the material is guided through rollers before entering the leveling machine, which is integrated with the forming station. After leveling, the steel is punched and then passed into the roll former for shaping. Finally, the panels are cut to size using a hydraulic cutter, ensuring precision.
