Products Description
The single-shaft tire shredder is a mechanical equipment specifically designed for processing waste tires. Its core function is to break the tires into smaller blocks or granules for further recycling and utilization in the future. The single shaft shredder suitable for recycling wide range of materials.It is an ideal machine for plastic, wood, paper, metal,fiber, rubber, organic waste and a wide variety of material. As per our customers' requirements, such as the input size of material, capacity and the final output size etc, we could work out a suitable proposal for our clients.

Working Principle
1. Feeding: Tires (whole tires or cut tire blocks) enter the shredding chamber through the conveyor belt or hydraulic pushing system.
2. Shredding: The single-shaft rotor drives the blades to rotate at high speed, breaking the tires into small pieces through shearing, squeezing and tearing.
3. Sorting: The crushed materials are filtered through a screen, and the materials that do not meet the size requirements are returned for further crushing. Steel wires and fibers are separated through subsequent magnetic separation and sorting machines.
Equipment Structure and Composition
1,Core components:
Single-axis rotor: The core part of the equipment, equipped with high-strength alloy blades or hook-shaped tools, it cuts and tears the tires through high-speed rotation.
Drive system: It is usually composed of a high-power motor (such as 30-200kW) and a reducer, providing strong torque to cope with the high toughness of the tires.
Screen: Control the final discharge size. The size of the screen holes is adjustable to ensure uniform rubber particles after shredding.
Feeding system: Hydraulic or conveyor belt auxiliary feeding to improve processing efficiency.
Frame and box: Heavy-duty steel structure, featuring high wear resistance and impact resistance, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
2. Auxiliary System:
Dust removal device: Reduces dust pollution during operation.
Intelligent control system: PLC automatic control, capable of monitoring current, temperature, overload protection, etc.

Application scope of the single-shaft shredder:
The single-shaft shredder can be used to shred a variety of waste materials such as wood, rubber, plastic, paper, home appliances, aluminum, composite materials, etc. For example, it is suitable for crushing tough or medium-hard materials packed into bundles, such as films, plastic bottles, etc., large-size or high-hardness materials (thick-walled pipes, pallets, turnover boxes, etc.) The specific application scope also includes but is not limited to:

3. Paper: hard paper, document paper.
4. Home appliances: electrical appliances, cables, televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, etc..
5. Aluminum: cans, aluminum boxes, aluminum chips, aluminum profiles.
6. Composite materials: glass fiber, chemical fiber, carpet, glass fiber products, etc.
