Product characteristics
Multifunctional industrial automatic scrap metal crusher and plastic crusher are the core equipment of modern resource recycling, mainly used for efficient processing of various types of scrap metal (such as automobile dismantling parts, home appliance housings, cans, etc.) and plastic waste (such as PET bottles, PP/PC sheets, etc.).
Scrap metal crushers usually adopt hammer or double-axis shearing design, equipped with high-strength manganese steel cutters and magnetic separation systems, which can crush metal materials to less than 30mm, and realize automatic sorting of iron and metal at the same time, and the metal recovery rate can reach more than 95%.
Plastic crushers use silent knife rollers or slow shearing structures, and control the discharge particle size (1-50mm) through adjustable screens, which are suitable for fine recycling of different plastics. Some high-end models integrate PLC intelligent control systems, with overload protection, automatic reversal and output statistics functions, and the processing capacity can reach 3-15 tons/hour.
