Our factory is equipped with complete continuous punching and recoiling production lines for multi‑material perforated coil production, we can handle stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel strips without frequent equipment replacement. Raw metal strips will be strictly inspected before production, including thickness, surface quality and material composition, and relevant material certificates can be provided for import clearance. Online sampling inspection is implemented during continuous punching production to monitor hole accuracy and plate flatness, effectively avoiding dimension deviation caused by long‑roll processing. Our technical team can give professional suggestions on material selection, aperture and open area according to customers’ actual application conditions, helping buyers balance performance and procurement cost. Except for punching service, we also support series of deep‑processing such as slitting, edge trimming and surface treatment, so customers can receive semi‑finished products ready for direct use. Finished perforated coils adopt seaworthy waterproof packaging with metal strapping, preventing surface scratch and moisture damage during long‑distance ocean transportation. Flexible order modes cover small trial coil batches and full‑container bulk shipments, stable production capacity ensures reasonable lead‑time for overseas customers.
The whole production workflow of multi‑material round hole perforated metal coil starts from qualified original metal coil of selected material. Raw coil is loaded onto decoiler equipment and goes through multi‑roll leveling process for stress relief to eliminate internal rolling stress and prevent strip warping after punching. Servo feeding system delivers metal strip into continuous CNC punching press, round holes are punched strictly according to confirmed technical drawings. After punching, the strip passes deburring unit to remove sharp burrs on hole walls and coil edges. Surface cleaning station removes punching oil and fine metal debris residues. If required, surface treatment procedures such as powder coating or anodizing will be carried out in this phase. Then the perforated strip is rewound into finished coil with customized inner diameter and coil weight. Every finished coil will be inspected for surface condition, hole uniformity and flatness, partial samples are taken for dimension measurement. Qualified perforated coils are wrapped with waterproof composite paper and strapped with metal bands for seaworthy export packing. QC staff record each production segment to achieve full‑process quality traceability for every exported coil.
