Our factory holds rich production experience for ultra‑thin gauge perforated metal coil, and we have adjusted punching pressure and leveling parameters specially for thin‑gauge strips to prevent wrinkling and deformation during manufacturing. Raw material coils will go through strict incoming inspection about thickness tolerance and surface quality before production, and relevant material certificates can be provided for overseas customs clearance. Online sampling inspection is carried out in the continuous punching procedure, focusing on flatness, hole position deviation and burr condition of thin‑gauge products so as to keep stable outgoing quality. Our technical team can give professional suggestions on material selection and reasonable thickness range according to customers’ end‑use products, helping buyers avoid over‑specification and control overall wholesale cost. Apart from punching service, we also offer supporting deep‑processing including slitting and edge trimming, enabling customers to receive semi‑finished coils ready for direct production. Finished ultra‑thin perforated coils are wrapped with waterproof composite paper and firmly fixed on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets, preventing wrinkling, scratching and moisture damage during ocean transportation and container loading‑unloading. Flexible order modes support small trial wholesale orders and large‑volume full‑container shipments, stable production capacity ensures reliable delivery for hot‑sale bulk export demands.
The whole production workflow of ultra‑thin gauge perforated metal coil sheet starts from qualified thin original metal coil of selected material. Raw coil is loaded onto decoiler equipment and passes multi‑stage precision leveling process for stress relief, specially optimized for thin strip to eliminate rolling stress and avoid wrinkling after punching. Servo feeding system transports thin metal strip into continuous CNC punching press, holes are punched strictly according to confirmed technical drawings with fine‑tuned punching force. After punching, the thin strip passes special deburring unit to remove tiny sharp burrs on hole walls and coil edges without damaging thin base material. Surface cleaning station removes punching oil and fine metal debris residues. Surface finishing treatment will be performed if customers have relevant requirements. The processed thin perforated strip is carefully rewound into finished coil with customized inner diameter and coil weight under low‑tension control. Every finished coil will be fully inspected for surface flatness, hole uniformity and burr condition, partial samples are taken for dimension tolerance testing. Qualified ultra‑thin perforated coils are wrapped with waterproof composite paper and securely strapped onto IPPC fumigated wooden pallets for export shipment. QC staff record every production step to realize full‑process quality traceability for each wholesale batch.
