This automatic inline dispensing platform is engineered for high‑volume MiniLED production and VCM (voice coil motor) module assembly. The system integrates: a precision gantry, configurable multi‑nozzle dispense heads, syringe cartridge or heated feed options, fast‑response valves, onboard 2D/optional 3D vision for fly- alignment and AOI, and MES interfaces for recipe management and traceability. Designed for indexed or continuous inline operation, it minimizes stringing, ensures placement accuracy and supports rapid product changeover.
Problem: MiniLED/VCM lines require consistent micro‑dot placement at high throughput; inconsistent dispensing causes yield loss, optical defects and rework.
Cause: Manual processes, unstable adhesive temperature/viscosity, single‑head throughput limits and lack of inline alignment produce volume and placement variance.
Solution: Deploy a double-valve inline dispenser, fast valve metering, vision‑guided alignment and locked recipes (MES) to stabilize volume, place accurately and scale throughput.
