Function:
Crane electromagnetic directional valve is an important hydraulic control element, its main role is to control the flow of hydraulic oil through the electromagnetic force, so as to achieve a variety of crane hydraulic system action. The following is the specific role and working principle of the crane electromagnetic reversing valve:
1. Role
- Control the flow of hydraulic oil: electromagnetic directional valve can change the flow of hydraulic oil, so as to control the direction of action of the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor. For example, in the crane, by changing the direction of flow of hydraulic oil, you can control the expansion and contraction of the boom, rotation and hook lift and other actions.
- Realise fast direction change: electromagnetic directional valve has fast response speed, can complete direction change operation in a short time, improve the working efficiency of the crane.
- Remote control: the electromagnetic directional valve can be remotely controlled by electrical signals, and the operator can control the action of the hydraulic system through buttons or joysticks in the cab.
- Improve the reliability of the system: electromagnetic directional valve has a simple structure and is easy to maintain, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of the hydraulic system.
2.Working Principle
Electromagnetic directional valve is mainly composed of solenoid, spool and valve body. Its working principle is as follows:
- Energised state: when the electromagnet is energised, the electromagnetic force generated will attract the spool to move to the specified position, so that the hydraulic oil flows from one channel to another.
- Power-off state: when the solenoid is de-energised, the electromagnetic force disappears, the valve spool returns to the initial position under the action of the spring, and the hydraulic oil flow direction changes accordingly.
- Neutral function: some electromagnetic directional valves have a neutral function, when the solenoid is not energised, the spool is in the neutral position, the hydraulic oil circuit is cut off, and the hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor is at a standstill.
