3. system unloading: the remote port of the relief valve is connected in series with a small flow relief solenoid valve, when the solenoid is energised, the remote port of the relief valve through the tank, this time the hydraulic pump unloading. The relief valve is used as an unloading valve at this time.
4. safety protection: the system works normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (system pressure exceeds the regulated pressure) the relief is opened for overload protection so that the system pressure does not increase. Normally, the regulating pressure of the relief valve is 10% to 20% higher than the maximum working pressure of the system.
