Function:
Crane pilot operation control handle hydraulic control handle role mainly has the following points:
1. Control the hydraulic system on and off: by pushing or pulling the handle, change the on and off state of the oil circuit, so as to control the work of the hydraulic components. For example, when you need to extend the boom, operate the handle so that the corresponding oil circuit is connected, the hydraulic oil into the boom telescopic cylinder rodless cavity, push the piston rod out to realize the boom extension; when you need to contract the boom, operate the handle so that the oil circuit reversal, the hydraulic oil into the rod cavity, the piston rod retracted under the action of the pressure, to complete the contraction of the boom action.
2. Adjustment of working speed: the operator can control the swinging amplitude of the handle to adjust the flow of oil into the hydraulic cylinder, and then control the movement speed of the actuator. For example, if the handle is pushed slowly, a small amount of hydraulic oil can flow into the hydraulic cylinder slowly, and the boom extension speed becomes slower; if the handle is pushed quickly, a large amount of hydraulic oil will enter the hydraulic cylinder quickly, and the boom extension speed will be accelerated.
3. Realize precise operation: Because the operation strength and amplitude of the handle can be precisely controlled by the operator, it can realize precise control of various movements of the crane, meet the requirements of precise positioning and placing of the lifted objects under different working conditions, and improve the safety and accuracy of the operation.
4. Control multiple actions: In some advanced cranes, the pilot operated control handle can realize the simultaneous control of multiple hydraulic cylinders, coordinate the actions of various institutions, and complete complex operational tasks. For example, in the lifting process, simultaneous control of the boom expansion and contraction, amplitude and slewing and other actions, so that the lifting object can move smoothly from one place to another.
5. Provide feedback and safety: some pilot operated control handle with feedback device, the operator can feel the hydraulic system reaction force through the handle, understand the crane's load situation and working condition, find abnormalities and take measures in time. In addition, the handle is usually also equipped with some safety control buttons or switches, such as emergency stop button, etc., when encountering unexpected situations, the operator can quickly press these buttons, cut off the hydraulic oil circuit, stop the crane action, safeguard the safety of equipment and personnel.
