Formulated with a synergistic composite of α-alumina corundum and mullite (3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂), our saggars balance high structural strength, outstanding thermal shock resistance and ultra-low metal impurity release, making them the ideal consumable for lithium battery cathode materials, advanced ceramics and specialty glass production lines. We support full customization of size, wall thickness and material formula to match your roller kiln, tunnel kiln and pusher kiln parameters.
Max continuous service temperature up to 1650°C, short-term peak temperature resistance up to 1750°C. No softening, deformation or creep under long-term high-temperature loading, suitable for multi-layer stacked sintering production.
The mullite phase brings low thermal expansion coefficient, maintaining structural integrity after rapid heating and cooling cycles, effectively reducing cracking rate and extending service life under frequent thermal cycling conditions.
High-purity raw material formula with dense sintered microstructure, minimal elemental precipitation during high-temperature reaction. It avoids pollution to cathode active materials, ensures stable batch consistency of NCM811, NCA, LCO and other high-value powders.
Cold crushing strength ≥ 70 MPa, high load-bearing capacity. It supports dense stacking in kilns, improves single-kiln production capacity, and reduces breakage rate during transportation and automatic loading and unloading.
Optimized grain gradation and sintering process, with corrosion resistance to alkali lithium salts. The cycle life is significantly better than ordinary mullite saggars, reducing the frequency of consumable replacement and total production cost.
