RD-2805 is a high-performance X-ray inspection machine equipped with an automatic intelligent training control system, engineered for precision non-destructive testing (NDT) across diverse industrial scenarios. Its standout advantage is the superior high-intensity anti-interference capability, ensuring stable operation even in complex working environments.
Adopting a continuous 4:1 duty cycle exposure mode, the machine supports a maximum exposure time of 15 minutes, with no need for 1:1 rest intervals during continuous operation—boosting film inspection efficiency by 50%. It offers two flexible radiation options: directional (40 ± 5° radiation angle) and circumferential (360° full coverage), with a maximum penetration thickness of 45mm for A3 steel, fully meeting high-intensity testing requirements.
Designed specifically for field and aerial operations, the equipment features a compact and lightweight structure, with the generator weighing only 26kg, enabling easy portability, installation, and transportation. It integrates multiple reliability-enhancing designs: a special metal-ceramic tube core for excellent shock and impact resistance, metal cable connectors for harsh condition adaptability, and a built-in constant voltage module supporting stable work within 190-240V/50Hz (ideal for generator-powered outdoor use). Additionally, it operates normally in a wide temperature range of -10℃ to +50℃, ensuring worry-free application in high-altitude, narrow spaces (e.g., large power construction sites, shipyards) and extreme climates.
As a long-term verified designated product for China's first 1 million KW power construction project, RD-2805 has passed rigorous performance tests—completing 10,000 film inspections in 30 days—delivering high stability, low failure rate, and long service life for industrial NDT needs.
