Portable Industrial X Ray Flaw Detector Fast Scanning And Durable Solution For Oil And Gas Pipelines
Main introduction:
Developed and assembled by HUIWEI NDT, one well brand-recognition in P.R.China. Made from durable metalic ceramic tube and excellent quality components.Anoid heat cooling system and IP65 keep the detector in durable working condition even though in rough working environment.
The RD-3005 is a small, lightweight, compact, portable industrial X-ray flaw detector with strong penetration, time and labor saving, high stability, low failure rate, and continuous 15-minute exposure operation without 1:1 rest. It is suitable for double-wall single-image radiography of chemical tanks and large-diameter pipes, improving work efficiency by 50%.
The equipment is lightweight and portable, with the generator weighing only 34kg, and features a compact design. This series of equipment is available in directional and circumferential versions, with a maximum penetration thickness of 50mm for Q235 steel.
