With a composition of 58% nickel, 22% chromium, and 9% molybdenum, this filler metal delivers robust performance in aggressive environments such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride-rich settings. Its low carbon content (≤0.05%) minimizes carbide precipitation, ensuring weld integrity in temperatures up to 550°C (1,022°F).

Ideal for joining dissimilar metals like Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276, and stainless steels, ERNiCrMo-3 wire complies with AWS A5.14 and ASME SFA-5.14 standards. The alloy’s high ductility (≥30% elongation) and tensile strength (≥760 MPa) prevent cracking in dynamic or cryogenic applications, including offshore platforms, chemical reactors, and flue gas desulfurization systems. Its low thermal expansion coefficient (13.1 µm/m·°C) ensures dimensional stability in cyclic thermal operations.
