Inconel 625 Coils (UNS N06625) are engineered for precision fabrication into demanding high-temperature and corrosive-service components. These coils combine 58 % nickel with 20–23 % chromium, 8–10 % molybdenum, and 3.15–4.15 % niobium + tantalum, achieving solid-solution strengthening that yields up to 930 MPa ultimate tensile strength and 42.5 % elongation in the annealed condition without precipitation hardening . They retain mechanical integrity from cryogenic temperatures up to 982 °C (1800 °F) and exhibit exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice, and chloride stress-corrosion cracking in seawater, acidic, and caustic process media . Thermal stability and oxidation resistance ensure reliable performance in gas-turbine engine ducting, combustion liners, and furnace hardware . The fine-gauge coil form supports stamping, deep drawing, slitting, and fine blanking to create gaskets, diaphragms, bellows, and springs, while the alloy’s weldability allows TIG/GTAW and electron-beam joining with minimal post-weld treatment . Available in thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 5 mm and widths up to 1.2 m, in mill-annealed or stress-relieved conditions, these coils meet ASTM B443/ASME SB-443, AMS 5599, and ISO 15156-3/NACE MR0175-3 for sour-service compatibility .

Q1: Why choose Inconel 625 Coils for high-temperature, corrosive service?
A1: Their solid-solution strengthening delivers stable strength up to 982 °C without precipitation aging, plus superior resistance to pitting and stress-corrosion cracking .
Q2: Can Inconel 625 Coils be welded and formed easily?
A2: Yes—TIG/GTAW and electron-beam welding are routine; coils form readily via stamping, slitting, and deep drawing while retaining mechanical integrity .
Q3: What coil dimensions and conditions are available?
A3: Thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 5 mm, widths up to 1.2 m, supplied in mill-annealed or stress-relieved conditions per ASTM B443/ASME SB-443 and AMS 5599 .
