Our manufacturing operations are built around two core facilities:
Precision Machining & Sheet Metal Workshop – Equipped with a full range of CNC-integrated machinery including turning, milling, planing, grinding, and boring equipment, this workshop is dedicated to the high-precision production of critical components. We utilize state-of-the-art imported fiber laser systems to ensure that every part meets international first-class standards for accuracy and durability.
Equipment Assembly & Trial-Run Testing Workshop – This facility is outfitted with advanced inspection and testing instruments, including 7 temperature detectors, 8 twelve-point inspection loggers, an imported alloy material spectrometer, an elemental analysis energy spectrometer, an ATI TDA‑2H portable filter tester, an ATI 2H filter scanning probe, and an ATI PAO tester. The alloy spectrometer enables rapid and precise material verification of equipment plates, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
Warehouse & Raw Material Management – Our warehouse operates under strict standardized management procedures. From incoming inspection and point-checking to storage, every step follows documented protocols to guarantee that all pipe fittings, raw materials, and components meet the required quality benchmarks before entering production.
