Product Introduction
Gold Finger Polyimide Tape (Kapton Tape) is made of high-performance amber polyimide film coated with high temperature silicone adhesive. It is the most classic and widely used high-temperature masking & insulating tape in the electronics industry.
This PI tape provides excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, solvent resistance and clean removal performance. It is specially designed for SMT reflow soldering, wave soldering gold finger protection, PCB board shielding, motor insulation and lithium battery wrapping.
