Materials: Cold-rolled steel plates, metal tubes, etc., are used for precise cutting according to the design drawings.

Stamping and forming
The plate is stretched and trimmed by a hydraulic press to form the basic shape of an oil drum's curved structure or a container module.
The bending process (cold bending) is used for the circular arc processing of furniture supports, meeting personalized curve design requirements.

Tightness test: Conduct air pressure leak detection on oil drum-type furniture (no bubbles in 0.02MPa water immersion) to ensure functionality.
