AMBER Cleanroom Air Shower is manufactured by high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and it is corrosion-resistant, cleanable, and sturdy. This Air Shower equipment is comprised of high-speed clean airflow, which has the good effect of cleaning the dust on the surface of the personnel or items before entering the clean area, which will minimize contamination risk and ensure that the environment of pharmaceutical production meets the requirements of GMP and ISO 14644.
To ensure the safety of Clean Room Shower equipment in high-standard pharmaceutical production areas, all AMBER models undergo ISO and CE certifications during production, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
1. SUS304 mirror-finished stainless steel material effectively prevents bacterial growth and resists pharmaceutical corrosion.
2. Equipped with a HEPA high-efficiency filtration system, achieving a filtration efficiency of ≥99.99% for particles ≥0.3μm in diameter.
3. An internal high-pressure fan ensures an airflow velocity of ≥22 m/s at the outlet, facilitating rapid dust removal.
4. A standard interlocked electronic access control system prevents unauthorised entry or exit during the air shower process, maintaining cleanroom integrity.
A well-designed clean room Air Shower usage process enhances cleanliness efficiency. The standard steps are as follows:
Before entering the Air Shower Room, personnel must wear cleanroom suits, masks, and shoe covers to prevent introducing excessive dust.
When personnel enter the equipment, the door automatically closes, and the Air Shower begins high-speed airflow. The system automatically adjusts airflow speed and duration based on sensor readings.
Upon completion of the airflow process, the exit door automatically unlocks, allowing personnel to enter the cleanroom area.
After personnel exit, the equipment automatically stops the airflow process and remains ready for the next use.
