Coal Washing Equipment Capacity from 10tph to 300tph
Coal washing equipment consists of specialized machinery designed for the cleaning, sorting, and upgrading of raw coal. By removing impurities such as gangue, ash, and sulfur, these systems significantly enhance coal quality and utilization efficiency. This equipment is widely utilized across coal mines, coal preparation plants (CPPs), and industries such as metallurgy and chemical engineering.
1. Raw Material Preparation & Crushing Equipment
Crusher: Used to reduce large lumps of raw coal to a suitable particle size for the washing process.
Screening Machine: (e.g., Linear Vibrating Screen, Banana Screen, or Arc Screen): Used for particle size grading, removing oversized impurities, or desliming pretreatment.
2. Physical Separation Equipment (Density-Based)
Heavy Medium Separation (HMS) Equipment:
Heavy Medium Separator & Heavy Medium Cyclone: Utilizes high-density suspension (magnetite) to separate clean coal from gangue with high precision. Ideal for coals with varying degrees of washability.
Jigging Machine (Jig): Employs pulsating water flow to stratify coal and gangue by density; commonly used for lump coal separation.
Flotation Equipment:
Flotation Machine, Flotation Column, & Flotation Bed: Designed for fine coal separation (below 0.5mm) by leveraging the differences in surface hydrophobicity of coal particles.
Spiral Chute:
FRP Blade Rotating Spiral Chute: Used for desliming and gravity separation of fine coal. Features a compact, corrosion-resistant structure ideal for wet processing.
3. Magnetic Separation & Auxiliary Equipment
Magnetic Separator: Recovers magnetic media (e.g., magnetite powder) from the circuit to achieve media recycling and cost reduction.
Auxiliary Systems: Includes Feeders, Scraper Conveyors, and Belt Conveyors for material handling and process integration.
4. Dewatering Equipment (Key Post-Processing Phase)
Centrifugal Dewaterer (Centrifuge): Suitable for dewatering small coal particles (fine coal), reducing moisture content to below 12%.
Filter Press:
Specialized Filter Presses for Coal Washing (e.g., Automatic Chamber/Plate & Frame Filter Press): Used for deep dewatering of coal slime. High-pressure models can reduce moisture content to as low as 10.5%.
Dewatering Screen: Used for the dewatering of larger particles like clean coal and middlings.
Pressure Filter & Vacuum Filter: Utilized for coal slime dewatering to enhance subsequent drying efficiency.
5. Intelligent & Advanced Equipment
CNC Coal Washing Machine: Integrates intelligent control systems to monitor bed thickness and flow rates in real-time, reducing power consumption by 30% and improving recovery rates.
Wear-Resistant Composite Material Equipment: Extends the service life of wear parts up to 12,000 hours, significantly reducing maintenance frequency.
