1.Product Introduction
Industrial Ceramic Lined Mill Metal free grinding is a high-efficiency pulverizing equipment specialized in grinding ceramic raw materials or industrial ceramic components into ultra-fine powders. It is extensively utilized in sectors such as ceramics, electronics, chemicals, new energy, and advanced materials manufacturing. By employing mechanical force to achieve material refinement and homogenization, this equipment serves as a critical link in the preparation of high-performance ceramic powders.

3.Working Principle
The motor drives the rotation of the cylinder through a gear transmission system. The cylinder is loaded with grinding media, such as steel or ceramic balls. As the cylinder rotates, the material and media are lifted to a certain height before falling under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force. This action subjects the material to both impact and attrition (grinding), which is eventually discharged through the outlet end.
4.Advantages
Dry Ball Milling: Ideal for moisture-sensitive materials to prevent contamination or unwanted chemical reactions.
Wet Ball Milling: Utilizes a liquid medium (such as water or ethanol) to enhance grinding efficiency and eliminate dust pollution. This mode is preferred for large-scale, continuous production lines.
