1.Product Introduction Gold Separation Equipment
The Trommel Screen for gold is a specialized screening and washing equipment designed for gold mining operations. It is primarily used to separate fine gold-bearing particles from raw ores such as gravel, sand, and soil. By combining a rotating drum with a water spray system, it efficiently removes large rocks, clay balls, and other impurities. This process provides clean, appropriately sized material for downstream gravity concentration (such as sluice boxes and centrifugal concentrators), thereby significantly improving overall gold recovery rates.

3.Working Principle Gold Separation Equipment
The core of the equipment is an inclined, rotatable cylindrical drum fitted with screen meshes and internal agitation paddles. During operation, raw materials enter the drum through the hopper; as the drum rotates, the material is repeatedly lifted and dropped while being thoroughly washed by a high-pressure water spray system. The fine gold-bearing material passes through the screen into the secondary processing stage, while oversized waste rocks are discharged from the end of the drum, achieving an integrated "Screening and Washing" operation.
