By integrating a rotating scrubber drum directly with a high-performance sluice, it automates the tedious process of hand-classifying material. Whether you are working a remote mountain stream or sampling a new desert claim, this compact powerhouse ensures that you spend more time digging and less time panning, maximizing your gold take per hour.

3.Working Principle Gold Separation Equipment
Manual/Small Shovel Feed: Material is fed into the hopper, where a "wash-down" nozzle liquefies the dirt and moves it into the rotating drum.
Rotary Scrubbing: As the drum turns, the material is tumbled against internal baffles. This mechanical agitation is far more effective than static screens at stripping gold from sticky mud and rocks.
Precision Classification: The drum screen (typically 1/4" or 1/2" mesh) allows the "heavy" gold-bearing sands to drop through, while barren rocks are tumbled out the discharge end.
Sluice Concentration: The undersize fines flow directly into a tail-mounted sluice box. Using a combination of V-matting, miners' moss, and riffles, the sluice captures the heavy gold while the lighter "blonde" sands are washed away.
